Year 2025 at GoodRequest
They say a company’s success isn’t measured only by revenue, but also by what it gives back to its surroundings. For us at GoodRequest, 2025 was a confirmation that a path built on trust and quality is the right one. This is reflected not only in our cNPS of 55, but more importantly in the fact that long-term partners account for as much as 75% of our growth. From the revolution in digital identity with PassGate to the intuitive Humanet, this year we once again proved that technology should primarily serve people. Join us in looking back at a year in which we worked together with you to build a responsible digital world.

2025 TL;DR:
- 18 talented people joined our team.
- We worked on more than 50 projects.
- We welcomed 5 new partners.
- We reached a turnover of approximately €5 million.
- We received the Top Supplier award from Tatra banka.
Build to last
This year, we worked on more than 50 projects, which makes it impossible to mention each one individually. From those that came to life in 2025, we’ve selected a few highlights for you: the new Humanet for our partner HOUR, the innovative MetaLaw, and the PassGate technological innovation developed for SystemHouse Solutions, a leader in security systems.
MetaLaw is a clear example that complex legal processes don’t have to be complicated for users. Our goal was to make legal support accessible to the general public. We succeeded in building a platform where you can generate a contract from the comfort of your living room, sign it with a qualified electronic signature, and consult any uncertainties with an AI assistant.

With Humanet, together with our partner HOUR, we faced a fundamental question: was evolving the existing application enough, or did we need a full revolution? We chose to start from a clean slate, because we wanted to build a system that doesn’t speak to users in the complex language of processes and spreadsheets, but is intuitive and human. The result is a new generation of Humanet that simplifies work for thousands of people every day and proves that even a complex HR system can be a joy to use.

Our collaboration with System House Solutions on the PassGate project delivered a digital alternative to traditional plastic access cards. PassGate seamlessly integrates the digital world into existing hardware infrastructure, effectively replacing thousands of plastic cards with a more sustainable solution. A full case study coming soon 😉.

Partnerships and quality
Our long-term partners reached some impressive milestones as well. Notino Partner surpassed the 1.5-million-booking mark and continues to grow at a pace of around 150,000 bookings per month, pointing toward an even more ambitious future. The platform is currently used by more than 7,000 salons across five countries, with further expansion planned for 2026.

This year, Tatra banka’s mobile banking surpassed the milestone of 600,000 users. We’re proud to have been a long-term, stable partner on a product of this scale for many years. We were also very pleased to receive an award for the TABI project (which we delivered together with iSW, SorryWeCan, and Made by Vaculík) at the Top Supplier Day. The trust placed in us is further reflected in two new innovation projects with the Tatra banka team.

Our clients’ satisfaction is also reflected in our NPS, which reached a score of 55 this year. For us, it’s above all a signal that the trust you place in us is well deserved. But relationships mean more to us than tables and scores, which is why we decided to celebrate that trust in person, right at home in our Žilina office. We wanted you to experience our mindset firsthand. Instead of formal presentations, we chose roundtable discussions and open debates about what’s currently the hottest topic in IT - AI and the real challenges you’re facing in your businesses. For us, this is the best way to understand what truly works on projects and where we can deliver even greater value.

We are also pleased that up to 75% of our revenue comes from long-term partners. For us, this is proof that the solutions we deliver work and grow alongside our clients.

New challenges
By the way, patience pays off in business too. This year, we finalized our longest-negotiated partnership to date. It took exactly 1,134 days. Sometimes, good things simply need time. 😃
The year naturally brought new challenges as well. We welcomed strong new players among our partners, including O2, Union, SKP, and Dius.AI. Altogether, we secured more than 20 projects. We’re especially happy when partners return to us and we’re not just a one-off solution provider, but a long-term strategic technology partner.

Lead by Example
We want to be a source of inspiration for our team and the wider community. Through both internal and public events, we strive to push innovative ideas forward and share our experience. This approach is essential for us to remain a relevant player, while also strengthening our ties with the tech community. That’s why it likely comes as no surprise that we continued to invest heavily in learning and development this year as well, a commitment reflected in the more than 6,500 hours dedicated to internal education alone.
From new technologies to meaningful AI
This year, we focused intensely on the meaningful use of AI. We’re not chasing “sci-fi” solutions, but looking for areas where AI truly makes sense. By eliminating repetitive work, we free people’s hands for creativity and important decision-making. Our goal is to deliver ever greater added value to our clients through AI, while maintaining a strong focus on quality.
To better respond to a changing market, we expanded our technology stack with new tools and platforms. We’re pleased that this step has opened the door to a growing number of collaborations in the enterprise and fintech segments.
At the same time, we worked to ensure that our proposals and partnership concepts have an even stronger technical foundation. We involve our experts more deeply in their preparation, helping clients discover effective solutions that go beyond the boundaries of their original brief.

GR Hackathon 2025
Continuous learning and innovation are part of our DNA, which is why hackathons have a long tradition at GoodRequest. This year, however, we felt like doing things differently. Instead of broad, open-ended challenges, we set one clear goal: to deliver real business ideas that would bring value either to our clients or to us, no sci-fi concepts left in a drawer.
The result? 10 real, applicable solutions. In the end, the win went to team Infra 2.0 – Dušan, Andrej, and Erik from our DevOps team. You’ll find more details in the report below.👇

Community and events
We have not slacked off in our support for education and talent. We have tried to pass on our know-how through a series of webinars, where we discussed topics that are shaking up the IT world – from artificial intelligence and GEO solutions to digital accessibility, which we have been focusing on for a long time.
The Žilina ecosystem is closest to our ❤️. Together with the ZAIT cluster, we organized events right here at our headquarters, with our CEO Tomáš often taking the microphone as moderator.

Hats off to Daniel Harcek and his WebUp meetings. Not everyone can organize community events so consistently and with such high quality for so long. We are glad we could be there, just as we didn't miss Codecon in Žilina.

We see the future of IT in young talent. That's why we were happy to support initiatives such as Dasato and Girl's Day (Women in Tech). And if you wanted to hear us (literally), you could also catch us on podcasts, most recently on IT svět podle Jury.
We are grateful to each and every one of you who listened to us, but also for the opportunity to listen to you, whether in person or online. Why? Because we believe that growth cannot happen in isolation. Every discussion, shared experience, and inspired student is proof to us that building a strong community makes sense. We don't want to be just a company based in the region, but one that shapes it and moves it forward.
United like Manchester
When selecting new team members, we are guided by the principle that hard skills can always be learned, but the human "fit" for the team is a priority. Something along the lines of the question: "Would we go on vacation with this person?"
Every year, GR8 Days confirms that we are truly successful in putting together such a team. We enjoyed our biggest event of the year once again at the eXtreme Park in Žilina. Joint activities, sports, a private concert, and an atmosphere that is difficult to describe. Almost a hundred of us met there, and if you want to see that energy with your own eyes, be sure to check out the blog post, where you will find photos and a great video.

GR8 Days 2025: Two days that reunited us again
We didn't forget about the youngest GR generation either. The offices temporarily replaced meetings with children's laughter when St. Nicholas and his angel visited us.

However, the finale of the year belonged to all of us. We took stock at the New Synagogue, but mainly talked and danced until late into the night 🕺. And the more courageous among us met in the morning after the party at the start of the traditional Žilina Christmas Run. 😃

Retrospective
When we started 12 years ago, we had big ambitions and a small team. Today, we are behind dozens of projects that help brands grow and people use technology more easily and safely. It hasn't always been easy. The important thing is that we never lost sight of what matters: honest work, love for our craft, responsibility towards people and products, the desire to move forward, and the curiosity to do things right with impact.
The goal? We are creating a meaningful and responsible digital world. We help ambitious companies deliver solutions that have real value and move society forward.
We thank our partners for their trust and our team for their drive.
