GoodRequest among Tatra banka's top partners

At this year's Top Supplier Day event, we took home two awards: 2nd place in the Customer Experience category and the outright winner of the CX Sympathy Award. We greatly appreciate this recognition because it reflects what is most important: trust, long-term collaboration and a result that has a real impact.

What makes TABI special?

We received the award for our technological role in the TABI project - Tatra banka's digital platform, which aims to give children their first contact with the world of finance in a safe, intuitive and fun environment.

TABI is a mobile application for children that combines real banking functions with educational elements. It makes it easy for children to manage their finances - track their balances, create goals or earn rewards - while learning about responsible management in a playful way. At the same time, parents have full control through the “Kids Zone” available directly in the main Tatra banka app, where they can set limits, approve transactions and monitor their children's progress.

What did we get the award for?

The award in the Customer Experience category is the result of our joint efforts with the Tatra banka team. As a technology partner, we focused mainly on the stability, security and functionality of the solution - i.e. that the entire platform reliably supports the experience designed by the UX and product team. Thanks to this collaboration, we were able to create an environment in which the entry into the world of finance for the youngest generation is natural, safe and understandable.

The CX Sympathy Award is all the more valuable for us because it also reflects how Tatra banka perceives cooperation with us. The feedback we have received from the bank's team speaks of openness, proactivity and the ability to push back when it means a better result. And that's what we think real partnerships are about - not just about delivery, but about co-creation and responsibility for the outcome.

I most appreciate that you don't hesitate to challenge us. If something contradicts quality, you point it out. That moves the whole product forward.
