#grpartners: Redesign of the user experience with Forbes magazine in three countries

We help Forbes to create a unified user experience across three countries, in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia. Our goal, in cooperation with all countries, is to create a consistent and scalable solution that will strengthen Forbes' market position and be prepared for all future challenges.

Forbes is one of the most famous magazines in the world and Slovakia is part of Forbes family since November 2010. It provides readers with an overview of business, economics and finance. It is known for its rankings, such as 30 under 30, interviews with successful entrepreneurs or events.

Bulletproof and scalable design system

Changes in readers' behavior as well as dynamic trends in content consumption have created a need to improve the user experience (UX) of the outdated web. Our team was tasked with increasing the number of page views per visitor and changing the ad layout.

Information gathered from real users is very important, which is why we conducted UX research. Qualitative research in the form of historical data analysis, as well as qualitative research in the form of in-depth interviews with readers from various focus groups, provided us with a lot of useful insights that allowed us to identify opportunities and challenges.

The result of our joint efforts is a comprehensive design system that offers scalability to individual local markets, but it also unifies the user experience across countries in Forbes Slovakia, Czech Republic and Hungary.
